This app is not good at all. Strike 1 noticing one of my missions was not completed but the next one under it was. How is that even possible when playing all at one time. Strike 2 when reached the $2 minimum to cash out (I always do the minimum 1st to try it out) it takes you to rewards that are $5 and up. PayPal is not even one of them when PayPal is clearly listed before you try to cash out. Strike 3 now my account is on hold because something when against their policy. Uninstalling ASAP
Initially, I thought this was legit. I attempted to cash out several times, but the amount available was never what I had. I had $130 it told me $10 available... no biggie, maybe it takes time. The real issue is that all of a sudden, my account has been banned for violation of terms of use - proxy. Nothing has changed. I dont use a proxy and I only have 1 account. Now it is perma banned and they apparently cant override it and they won't give me my earnings.
It's a great app and the game options are good. It didn't take long to reach withdraw amount, however I can't give 5 stars yet as I have had trouble being able to withdraw my earnings. I reached out to support and they have been nice, but it's been almost 2 weeks and I still cannot withdraw. Definitely better then the desktop version though, so I give them credit for that.
There is a $25 withdraw limit so I finally reached enough to cash out. Apparently there are no rewards to cash out too. everytime I try to withdraw I get a message, "Whoa, they went fast". no matter what day or time of day I try to withdraw. looking back at the reviews this has been an issue since at least July of last year and they claimed to be working on the problem then. so now my money is just sitting in limbo with no way to cash out. anything changes I will update.
DON'T DOWNLOAD It's frustrating when withdrawal issues pop up after you've earned money! A few days ago my balance mysteriously dropped from $16 to $10, and PayPal disappeared as a withdrawal option. Customer Support said if I don't see PayPal listed in withdrawals it's because they "ran out" of PayPal, but they didn't explain why my balance dropped to $10 on the withdrawal page. Now, all other gift card options are "out of stock" too. I'm stuck waiting to "try again tomorrow." This is total BS.
These reward apps are a complete bait-and-switch scam. They intentionally hide the real dashboard, lock you out with a fake retail storefront, and force you into a trash ad loop just to farm money off your screen. They don't even give a straight-up error message; they just quietly freeze you out so you waste your time for nothing. Dropping a 1-star review and wiping their tracking data is the only way to cut off their free money loop.
The game is what it says, you play games and earn money. What it fail to mention is that there is limited number of cash outs for everyone a day and some how the limit has been reach. So I have been unable to cash out, I've honestly have tried every hour of the day somehow there's no more. I'll update if I ever do get to cash out so far been a couple weeks of trying.
Just thought I'd check and see how much had to be done to meet a milestone. so checked. man it is totally ridiculous.!! I mean really ridiculous.!! you'll have to play 50 times, or more if you fail one.! this is being removed in just a sec.! and never installing it again.! and most definitely would never recommend this app to anyone for absolutely NO REASON at all.! People I wouldn't give it a chance unless you just looking for disappointment.!
This app is okay but has a major bug, sometimes, for no reason, if you do an offer, it won't count it. I completed an offer for raid, spend 10 dollars and I would get 10 dollars back in points, but I didn't get it. I contacted support have waited almost 2 weeks now. Everytime I ask when it will be fixed they just say they are looking into it. Had 2 other offers glitch to. I always open and install the apps inside buff play so there is no excuse. I'll change my rating to 5 stars if they fix.
It wouldn't award 'Buffs' for completed tasks. The FAQ has vague (obfuscating) information about it: "How we calculate the levels can be different from how the games calculate the levels" When I finally got enough points to cash out (from daily spins) I found out that their verification process is literally impassable. They will never pay out anything they have promised.
I've cashed out $130 in 3 months of using it with no issues. I reached 2 big goals on 2 different games around the same time but all of a sudden the game wasn't tracking. i contacted them & told them, sent screenshots & everything they asked for (this started 8 weeks ago). After 4-5 weeks I was able to redeem $40 from one of the games but I'm still owed $30 for the other. I have been contacting them 2-3 times per week & still not resolved. Update: 3 wks since this review & still not resolved!!!
The games are fun and the reward points are good. My main issue is for 3-4 days now I've tried to cash out, having over the minimum $5 balance. key word, tried. I don't know if it's a glitch or a bug or something else, as others seem able to cash out. But it keeps telling me that the max cashouts have already been reached, no matter of I check at 7 am or 7 pm. And I have yet to actually cash anything out. If this issue gets resolved, I'll fix the review to reflect it
The app is very up and down. It has plenty of fun games to play and earn rewards. Rewarding is very off and on. At the beginning of the game, I'll get my first reward. Then stops. Next time I play and get to a new level it won't reward. I've downloaded multiple games thinking maybe it's just a bug in that game. Nope only likes to reward me once or twice then stops. Its frustrating and im bummed cause I like the games Buff offers .
WOULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! I never write reviews but this one is necessary!!! This app would never let me cash out!! It would say that my selected cash-out method had a limit to the number of uses it has for all app users combined and that all allowed cash-outs had been redeemed that day and to try again the next day! They then blocked my account because it "goes against their terms of service" when I did absolutely nothing wrong!!!
the sad was good and I had made a good little amount with it but now it is giving me an error code anytime I try to open the app it won't even let me on it anymore. ***EDIT*** They worked with me and figured out why I was flagged for no reason, and restored my account within a day of talking with the customer support. Very nice, responsive, and quick!
app is okay in means of earning. However when it comes to paying out they give you the run around, but no money. First step is a selfie in which the thing is very cranky and difficult to get accepted. Then they give you 30 minutes to complete your transaction. For which they just give you a repeated message of you have 30 minutes. Today after the second time I tried to make the withdrawal of my money. I get an error message that the app is undergoing maintenance.
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! After spending countless hours of my time to complete an offer, my account apparently has "fraud activity" and of course now I'm unable to claim my reward. I reached out to support multiple times and was told that once the account has been flagged there's nothing that can be done. Also hilarious that after asking multiple times why my account was flagged to begin with, I was just ignored. I can't wait until a class action law suit is filed against this app. BS!!
If you're looking to make any cash stick with an app like Mistplay or Benjamin. This one doesn't give you the points when you reach a goal in a game about 3/4 of the time. There is no support for this like there is with Mistplay. On top of that when you do have enough points to redeem, you have to be on right when the app switches to the next day because there's limited rewards to redeem each day. I've tried for days to redeem my $2 and somehow no matter what time it is there's no rewards left.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP!!! I finally got enough tokens for my first cash out and it's nothing but one error message after another all of a sudden. Can't cash out, no response from the support ticket I started, nothing. Don't waste your time. go with justplay or scrambly. They actually pay out when you get enough saved up. Edit I got a reply saying that the problem is fixed. LIE. TRASH APP, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
First thing is its LIES there is no paypal gift card or way to redeem for that. Then once you get to the big achievements that pay good....they dont pay you for them. So far my experience has been absolutely horrible with this. It was fairly easy to get the points up to be able to get to a point where I was supposed to be able to cash out. But this makes the fourth day in a row I have tried to do so and it either bugs out or doesnt have a gift card availble to do so.
